Laser Precision
Our imaging department has two computer-to-plate lines that completely eliminate the need for film. A precise laser beam burns the image onto the plate directly from the digital file you supply us. At the end of both plate lines are optical plate benders that consistently register each plate to within 10 thousandth of an inch. Each plate line is capable of producing 100 plates per hour.
